Your order may be delivered by Ammani Transport, by other courier companies, or by Physio-Quip agents. You may be called prior to or on the same day as delivery to see if you are available to receive your order.

Delivery Order Updates

When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email from us with tracking details. You will also receive updates from our delivery partner throughout the delivery journey.

View the current status of your order on Track orders on our website number and contact details. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

We want you to shop with confidence, so we will offer a refund or exchange on most items within 5 days of purchase.

If no-one is home when your delivery arrives, your driver will leave it in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave the delivery, your driver will contact you via a call or , SMS or,  with collection instructions. 

This means less time spent running to your local post office and more time enjoying your new purchases!

We will never ask you to provide us with your personal or credit card details online or in an email. If you receive an email, text message or phone call and you are unsure whether it is legitimate, don't provide any personal details
