You can step on it, sit on it, lie on it, lift it up or press it against a wall, depending on the exercise you are doing. For example, you can challenge your balance and perfect it with this exercise.
- Sit on the ball with your feet on the floor in front of the ball.
- Straighten your spine and raise the crown of your head up.
- Slowly lift your right leg off the floor and stretch it out straight.
- Hold it in the air for about five seconds.
- Do the same with your left leg.
- Repeat the exercise to your desired repetitions.
